If you are a payroll professional who can combine experience of end to end payroll processing with the ability to successfully manage a team, and you are looking to take on a new challenge, then this may be the perfect role for you.
Position: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 a year
You will be responsible for end to end processing and calculation, liaising with providers around pension, governance, and compliance; and be the main point of contact for all payroll issues.
You will also have the opportunity to identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to improve efficiencies across the function, as well as taking on project work.
The role will suit somebody who has managed and developed a team, has advanced Excel skills, and has an excellent knowledge of payroll and tax legislation with the ability to manage end to end payroll.
If you have also worked on ADP payroll system, have previous experience of working with complex commission structures and can demonstrate the ability to drive continuous improvement, then even better!
